The company will continue to respect the traditional and cultural values of the community and, through commute rosters and internal codes of conduct, will minimise potential for social and economic fragmentation. Employment policies will give preference to locals and ensure that job opportunities do not result in an inflow of job seekers into the area.
The company's priorities include the development of secondary business and job opportunities in the area and this will lead to an inflow of externally provided services.
